What does Peerdrum do?

Peerdrum grabs incremental screenshots of an entire team's screens every few minutes and tracks their time. This information is secured and is viewable from any web browser by a user with privileges.

My team doesn't want me watching their every move.

Neither do we. That's why team members can hit the pause button to "check-out" whenever they need a break. Everyone needs a trip to the virtual water cooler from time to time. Only "Checked-in" time is tracked.

How does the monitoring and time tracking work?

Team members download a small application that takes a screenshot of their active monitor every ten minutes and tracks their "checked in" time. The team members can "check out" at any time for privacy breaks. "Checking out" pauses the screen captures and the time tracker. Users with Admin privileges can view their teams' screens, create and manage their team and projects, and invite new team members via any web browser or smart mobile device.

Can my team see each other's work?

Only if you want them to. By default, only account owners can view captured screenshots and logged time. However, our service plans offer the option to assign rights to your team members, allowing them to also see the team's work and progress.

If I'm the account owner, can my team see my work?

Only if you want them to. You can include yourself as a member of your team. Simply enable the application to include your screenshots into the mix.

Is Peerdrum private & secure?

Your Peerdrum account is password protected and safe. All Peerdrum plans include SSL security – the same as online banks.

Can I download my team's screenshots?

Peerdrum is designed to allow screenshots to be viewed via the "Peerview" and "Library" interfaces in the browser, not downloaded. However, individual screenshots can be saved via the web browser if one wishes..
